Refund policy

30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@gomezquestholdings.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving our instructions.
Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Textiles that have been washed, used, or show stains or odors cannot be returned.
Refunds
If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will not pay anything: we arrange the replacement or refund at no cost to you, and you will not be asked to cover return postage. For all other returns (for example, an unused item you no longer want), return shipping is paid by the customer and we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges — please return the original item and place a new order.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
